Ingredients
- 10 soft taco flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa verde
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 3 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a little salsa verde in the dish, then layer in tortillas, chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, and cheese.
- Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used, ending with salsa and cheese.
- Bake the casserole for 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the center reaches 165 F.
- Top the bake with sliced green onions and rest it for 5 minutes.
