Ingredients
- 12 oz brioche bread
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 1/2 cup whole milk
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the brioche into cubes and spread it in the dish with the blueberries, raspberries, and chocolate chips.
- Whisk the eggs, vanilla, sugar, whipping cream, and milk in a medium bowl.
- Pour the custard over the bread and rest for 5 minutes.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until the center is set and the eggs are fully firm.
