- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 can light coconut milk
- salt to taste (optional)
- 3 lb chicken pieces with bones and skin
- rice noodles (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the lime juice, lime zest, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the mixture and marinate them for 30 minutes.
