Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the sausages and 2 tablespoons water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Uncover the skillet, turn the sausages, and cook 8 to 10 minutes until they reach 160 F.
- Cook the bacon in a second skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
- Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, and black pudding to the bacon skillet and cook for 6 minutes, turning the black pudding once.
- Fry the eggs in the sausage skillet until firm, and toast the bread in the bacon skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
