Ingredients
- 4 sized sweet potatoes
- 1 spray olive oil
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and coat a large baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into thick pieces, and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes, arrange them on the baking sheet, and gently press each piece flat.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, then brush it over the potatoes.
