Ingredients
- 3 land o lakes® garlic & herb sauté express squares
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
- 1 packages (16 oz) delallo gnocchi
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 6 cups baby arugula
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Steps
- Let the garlic and herb sauté squares and gnocchi thaw until soft enough to mix.
- Break the sauté squares into a large bowl and stir in the walnuts, cranberries, red onion, and blue cheese.
- Add the gnocchi and arugula to the bowl and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Fold in the basil, season with salt and pepper, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
