Ingredients
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 lb chicken wings
- seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pre-grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with oil.
- Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, bouillon, paprika, cayenne, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Coat the wings with the seasoning mixture and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 30 minutes, turning them halfway, until they reach 165 F.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, cook the garlic for 2 minutes, and stir in the salt.
- Toss the baked wings with the garlic butter, Parmesan, and parsley before serving.
