Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and place the butter in a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in the oven for 2 minutes, then remove the hot pan.
- Blend the eggs, milk, salt, vanilla, sugar, and flour until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the hot pan and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove the pancake when puffed, browned, and firm, with the center reaching 165 F.
