Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs

- fresh bananas (optional)
- fresh strawberries (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the milk, flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
- Rest the batter for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat an 8-inch skillet over medium heat and lightly butter it.
- Cook each crêpe for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until set and lightly golden, using about 18 crêpes.
- Spread Nutella over each crêpe and add bananas or strawberries if using, then fold them before serving.
