Ingredients

2 lebanese cucumbers
1 1/4 cups greek yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 heaped teaspoon cooking salt / kosher salt
1 pinch black pepper

Steps

Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high, about 400 F.
Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and grill them for 3 minutes per side.
Cool the cucumbers for 10 minutes, then chop them finely.
Stir the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, grated garlic, salt, pepper, and dill in a bowl.
Fold in the chopped cucumbers and chill for 5 minutes.
