Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 7 1/2 green onions
Steps
- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and slice the green onions into short sections.
- Whisk the juice of 2 lemons, minced garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and green onions, toss to coat, and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat the grill to medium-high, about 400 F, and thread the chicken and onions onto skewers.
