Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted organic almond butter
- 3/4 cup swerve natural sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or any other chocolate chips of your preference
- 2 tbsp halloween sprinkles
- 44 candy eyes
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- Stir the almond butter, sweetener, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
- Scoop the dough into 22 portions on the baking sheets, leaving space between each one.
- Press two candy eyes onto each portion and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set.
