Ingredients
- 1 bone-in ham
- 3/7 cup whole cloves
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1 can (20 oz) sweetened pineapple rings
- 2 jars (4 oz) maraschino cherries
- 1 can (12 oz) 7-up soda
Steps
- Heat the oven to 275 F and place the ham in a large roasting pan.
- Press the cloves into the ham and pour the soda into the pan.
- Cover the pan and bake the ham for 4 hours and 30 minutes.
- Mix the brown sugars and mustard powder with enough soda to make a thick glaze.
- Brush the ham with the glaze and arrange the pineapple rings and cherries over it.
- Bake the uncovered ham for 45 minutes, until it reaches 145 F inside.
