Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb / 750g lb / 750g chicken thigh fillets
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 1/2 tbsp sriracha or any other hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
Steps
- Soak wooden skewers in water while you whisk the honey, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, salt, and oil.
- Reserve half the sauce, cut the chicken into pieces, and coat the pieces with the remaining sauce.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers and heat the grill to medium-high, about 400 F.
- Grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes and brushing with the reserved sauce.
- Check that the chicken reaches 165 F before removing the skewers from the grill.
