Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups unsalted chicken stock
kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
3 tbsp regular soy sauce

Steps

Set a 6-quart Instant Pot to sauté, heat the olive oil, and cook the ground beef for 6 minutes until it reaches 160 F.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Break the spaghetti in half and layer it over the beef, then pour in the chicken stock, tomatoes, basil, oregano, and soy sauce.
Seal the pot and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully release the remaining pressure.
Stir the spaghetti with salt and pepper and let it stand for 2 minutes before serving.
