2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp juice
salt and ground pepper
2 cups cherry tomatoes

Steps

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown the sausages for 8 minutes, turning often.
Add the cherry tomatoes, cover the skillet, and cook for 12 minutes.
Slice the sausages into thick pieces, return them to the skillet, and cook for 8 minutes.
Stir in the mustard and juice, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes.
