Ingredients
- 5 slices dempster's honey wheat bread
- 5 slices cheese
- 1 tbsp canned jalapeno's
- 2 1/2 tbsp butter
Steps
- Flatten each bread slice, then place one cheese slice and some jalapenos across each piece.
- Roll the bread tightly around the filling and place the seam underneath.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Cook the rollups seam-side down for 2 minutes, turning often, until golden and the cheese melts.
- Cool the rollups for 2 minutes before serving.
