Ingredients
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup canned black beans
- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
- 4 green onions
- pico de gallo
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Cook the diced chicken with the salsa and taco seasoning in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until 165 F inside.
- Layer half the chips, chicken, beans, and cheese on a large baking sheet, then repeat the layers.
- Bake the nachos for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Top the hot nachos with green onions and pico de gallo.
