- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the butter and coconut sugar, then mix in the eggs, yogurt, and mashed bananas.
- Stir in the dry mixture, divide the batter, and mix the melted chocolate chips into one portion.
- Layer both batters in the pan and swirl them gently with a knife.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, then cool the loaf in the pan for 20 minutes.
