Ingredients
- 1 naan or pita flatbread
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce or thick spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/8 tsp italian blend seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet balsamic glaze
- fresh basil for topping (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce over the flatbread, then add the mozzarella, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges turn crisp.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the pizza and add basil before slicing.
