Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 orange
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 lb raw shrimp
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Steps
- Zest and juice the orange, keeping the zest and juice separate.
- Melt the butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and fragrant.
