- 2 tsp butter
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 pinch cracked pepper (optional)

Steps
- Whisk the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
