1 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
olive oil-flavored cooking spray

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix the yogurt, mustard, and minced garlic in a large bowl, then coat the drumsticks.
Stir the flour, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Roll each drumstick in the flour mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Spray the drumsticks with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn the drumsticks and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until crisp and 165 F near the bone.
