Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup peas
- 1/4 cup feta
- 2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp gf flour mix
- 1/8 cup fresh chives
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- pepper
Steps
- Boil the peas in a small saucepan of water for 3 minutes, then drain and cool them.
- Mash the garlic with the salt, then mix it with the quinoa, peas, feta, chives, cilantro, pepper, egg, egg yolk, and flour.
- Shape the mixture into six small fritters and chill them for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the fritters for 4 minutes per side, until golden and firm.
