12 oz broccoli
1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 scallion
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps

Whisk orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large skillet, add the broccoli, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
Drain the broccoli and return it to the skillet over medium heat.
Pour in the orange sauce and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, until glossy and thickened.
Top with sliced scallion, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes if using.
