- 3 lb Pork roast, shoulder or loin (shoulder)
- 14 oz BBQ sauce
- 0.5 lb Onions

Steps
- Rub the pork with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder and put it in the slow cooker with sliced onion.
- Cook on low 8 hours until it shreds.
