- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chile flakes
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 lb beef
Steps
- Toast the cumin, coriander, fennel, and mustard seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Crush the toasted seeds and mix them with the ginger, garlic, garam masala, paprika, chile flakes, turmeric, salt, yogurt, lemon juice, and oil.
- Cut the beef into strips, coat it with the spice mixture, and rest it for 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and oil the surface.
- Grill the beef for 5 minutes per side, turning once, until it reaches 160 F.
