Ingredients
- 9 whole reduced-fat cinnamon graham crackers
- 7/8 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 large firm banana
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 1/4 cups reduced-fat whipped topping
- mint sprigs (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the cold milk and pudding mix in a bowl for 2 minutes until thick.
- Slice the banana and toss it with the lemon juice.
- Break the graham crackers into pieces and layer them in a 9-by-13-inch dish with the banana and strawberries.
- Spread the pudding over the fruit and cover it with whipped topping.
- Refrigerate the pudding for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
