- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp strawberry jell-o
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Steps
- Beat the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, lemon zest, and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until thick, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture and spread it in the crust.
- Arrange the strawberries over the filling.
- Combine the water, remaining sugar, remaining lemon juice, strawberry gelatin, and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
