Ingredients
- 2 cup red grape
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 cup strawberry
- 1 cup mango
- 5 kiwi
- 1/4 cup fresh squeeze orange juice
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- fresh mint
- 4 tbsp greek yogurt
Steps
- Halve the grapes, hull and slice the strawberries, and cut the mango and kiwi into bite-size pieces.
- Combine the grapes, blueberries, strawberries, mango, and kiwi in a large bowl.
- Whisk the orange juice, lime juice, and honey, if using, in a small bowl.
- Toss the fruit with the dressing and mint, then divide it among bowls and top with Greek yogurt.
