Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 orange
- 2 tblsp orange
- 1 clove peeled crushed garlic
- 1 tblsp thai red curry paste
- 8 chicken drumsticks
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a roasting pan with the drumsticks.
- Mix the sweet chili sauce, juice from the orange, garlic, and curry paste in a bowl for 5 minutes.
- Brush the sauce over the drumsticks and let them stand for 5 minutes.
- Roast the drumsticks for 20 minutes at 425 F.
- Turn the drumsticks and roast for 15 minutes, until they reach 165 F.
