Ingredients

3/4 cup creamy almond butter
1 very overripe banana
1 egg
2 tbsp agave
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/7 cup strawberry jelly
1/2 cup mixed berries (optional)

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and line an 8-inch square baking pan.
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in the almond butter, egg, agave, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Spread the batter in the pan and spoon the jelly over the top.
Swirl the jelly through the batter with a knife and scatter the berries over it.
Bake for 25 minutes, then cool the bars in the pan before slicing.
