Ingredients

4 tbsp olive oil

3 whole green onions

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F.
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast the sprouts on a large baking sheet for 25 minutes.
Whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and hot water.
Toss the roasted sprouts with the sauce, then top with green onions, cilantro, peanuts, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
