Ingredients

2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp pepper
4 catfish fillets
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F.
Mix the parsley, salt, paprika, thyme, oregano, basil, and pepper in a small bowl.
Melt the butter with the garlic and lemon juice in a small pan over low heat for 2 minutes.
Place the catfish in a lightly oiled 9-by-13-inch baking dish and brush with the lemon butter.
Sprinkle the herb mixture over the fillets.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145 F.
