Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp milk
- 15 raw tortillas
Steps
- Mix the ground beef, ground pork, chopped cilantro, parsley, green onion, salt, pepper, and milk in a large bowl.
- Place filling on half of each tortilla, fold them over, and press the edges firmly to seal.
- Heat 1/4 inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chebureki in batches for 3 minutes per side until golden and the filling reaches 160 F.
- Drain the cooked chebureki briefly on a clean plate and repeat with the remaining pieces.
