- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz fresh strawberries
- 12 oz fresh blueberries
- 6 oz fresh blackberries
- 6 oz fresh raspberries
- 2 sheets graham crackers (optional)

Steps
- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until firm peaks form.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Wash the berries, slice the strawberries, and place all the fruit in a large bowl.
- Fold the cheesecake cream gently into the fruit and chill for 5 minutes.
