- 6 oz bacon
- 2 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes until crisp, then transfer it to a plate.
- Halve the Brussels sprouts and cook them in the bacon fat for 7 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
