Ingredients
- 1 container (15 oz) whole milk ricotta
- 10 sugar cones
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- chopped unsalted pistachios and fresh raspberries (optional)
Steps
- Stir the ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the ricotta mixture.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and dip the cone edges into it, if using.
- Fill the cones with the ricotta cream and chill them for 10 minutes.
