- 1 3/4 cups cake flour
- 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Steps
- Beat the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl until creamy.
- Mix in the cake flour and cold water until a soft dough forms.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, cover the dough, and chill it for 45 minutes.
