Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 1/4 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 sleeves graham crackers
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
Steps
- Sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the pudding mixes with the milk in a large bowl until thick.
- Warm the gelatin over low heat until dissolved, then whisk it into the pudding.
- Whip 2 cups heavy cream until firm, then fold it into the pudding mixture.
- Layer graham crackers and pudding in a 9-by-13-inch pan, ending with graham crackers.
