Ingredients
- 1 70% dark chocolate bar chocolate bars
- 3 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp melted virgin coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp finely chopped peanuts
- flaky sea salt (optional)
Steps
- Lightly oil nine cups of a muffin pan.
- Chop the chocolate bar and melt it with the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl.
- Spoon half the melted chocolate into the muffin cups and chill for 10 minutes.
- Stir the peanut butter and maple syrup together, then spoon the mixture over the chocolate.
- Top each cup with banana slices and cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and flaky salt, then chill for 25 minutes until firm.
