Ingredients

10 oz bacon
2 tbsp butter
2 lb brussel sprouts
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups light cream
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch slurry
1/3 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, then chop it and leave 2 tablespoons of fat in the skillet.
Melt the butter in the skillet, add the halved Brussels sprouts, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often.
Add the garlic, salt, and pepper, then cook for 2 minutes.
