Ingredients

  • 10 slices french bread
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and the cream cheese into small pieces.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, sour cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Layer the bread and cream cheese in the dish, then pour the egg mixture evenly over them.
