Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 fillets tilapia
  • salt and black pepper

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F and arrange the tilapia in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  2. Mix the melted butter, parsley, onion powder, paprika, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the butter mixture over the tilapia and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the fillets for 12 minutes, until they reach 145 F and flake easily.
  5. Rest the tilapia for 3 minutes before serving.
