Ingredients

  • 3 peaches halved and pits removed
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 sprigs fresh mint (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high, about 400 F.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, coconut flakes, and chopped pecans in a small bowl.
  3. Grill the peaches cut side down for 3 minutes.
  4. Turn the peaches, sprinkle them with the crumble, and grill for 2 minutes.
