Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 6 cloves garlic
- 20 frozen dinner rolls
- flaky salt (optional)
Steps
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the garlic, rosemary, oregano, and thyme.
- Arrange the frozen rolls in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish and brush them with half the herb butter.
- Cover the dish loosely and let the rolls thaw and rise at room temperature for 5 hours.
- Heat the oven to 350 F and brush the rolls with the remaining herb butter and flaky salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the rolls are golden and cooked through.
