Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce

Steps

  1. Coat the chicken breasts with flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until it reaches 165 F, then transfer it to a plate.
  4. Cook the garlic in the skillet for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sriracha, then simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
