Ingredients

5 lb russet or yukon gold potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
2 cloves garlic

Steps

Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces, then place them in the Instant Pot with garlic, salt, and 1 cup water.
