Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti
Steps
- Set a 6-quart pressure cooker to Sauté, heat the oil, and cook the beef for 5 minutes, breaking it apart.
- Add the onion, garlic, and carrot, then cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, water, and spaghetti sauce.
- Break the spaghetti in half and layer it over the sauce without stirring.
- Seal the cooker and pressure-cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
- Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then vent the remaining pressure and stir until the beef reaches 160 F.
