Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
- 1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice or lime juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
Steps
- Mix the crushed cookies, finely chopped macadamias, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth, then mix in the lime juice.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling into the crust, top with the remaining macadamias, and chill for 10 minutes.
